No breed or weight restrictions! A non-refundable fee of $350 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet is due prior to move-in. Pet rent is $20/month, per pet. Every applicant must complete our pet verification and screening process, even if you do not own a pet. The application process has a one-time fee of $25 for pet owners, and is free for non-pet owners and owners of certified service animals and emotional support animals.

As of our latest website update, this community is under construction and is not completed, and temporary or final certificates of occupancy have not been issued by applicable governmental authorities with respect to all or a portion thereof, which portion may include the apartment home in which you are interested. Notwithstanding anything presented, whether orally or in writing, during any visit you have made to the community, the owner makes no, and hereby expressly disclaims, any and all warranties or representations with regard to the timing of completion of the community, your ability to move in to your selected apartment home or the use of all or any portion of the amenities.
